When item arrived I had to go back and look at what I ordered to make sure it was the correct piece. It is the correct item, however the color is AWFUL. Instead of the nice "brown" as it appears in the photos, it is an awful color between mustard yellow and yellowish brown. Does not match the picture, or anything in my home office. I'm very disappointed. Called customer service and was told they would not take the item back since it was "as advertised". I do not recommend this to anyone. I have purchased many items via Amazon over the years, and this is the first time I've ever had a bad experience.

This lateral file is as pretty as it looks in the picture but it came damaged. One of the handles was broken off. They could/would not send a replacement because it is not something the customer assembles. So they gave me a partial refund which didn't come close to recovering the cost of replacing all four handles. My only other choice was sending the whole darn thing back. That is why I gave it a four instead of a five.
